1. Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to visitors, registered users, prospective clients and clients who use geturweb.in or communicate with GetUrWeb about website design, development and related digital services. GetUrWeb operates from Barsana, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
2. Information we collect
- Contact information: name, email address, telephone number, business name and messages you submit.
- Account information: display name, login email, securely hashed password, Google account identifier when you choose Google sign-in, and session records.
- Project information: selected prototypes, configuration choices, content, uploaded assets, feedback, approvals, project requests and version history.
- Payment records: Razorpay order and payment identifiers, amount, currency, status and the project connected to a payment. We do not receive or store your complete card, bank account or UPI credentials.
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, pages requested, error logs and basic security records.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide accounts and project workspaces, respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, create and deliver services, authenticate users, process and reconcile payments, maintain project records, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, meet legal obligations and improve our website and services.
4. Cookies and sessions
GetUrWeb uses essential cookies to keep users signed in, protect authentication flows and preserve security state. These cookies are necessary for account, admin and payment functions. If optional analytics or marketing technologies are introduced, this policy and the available consent controls will be updated before they are used where consent is required.
5. Google sign-in
If you choose Continue with Google, Google authenticates your account and provides the basic profile information you approve, such as name, email address and account identifier. GetUrWeb requests only the information needed to create or access your account. Google's processing is governed by Google's own privacy terms.
6. Razorpay payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay Checkout. Razorpay may collect and process payment-instrument, device and transaction information under its own privacy policy and regulatory obligations. GetUrWeb receives transaction references and payment status so we can verify a payment and maintain your receipt history. Payment credentials remain inside Razorpay's payment environment.
7. When information is shared
We share only what is reasonably necessary with hosting and infrastructure providers, authentication providers, Razorpay, professional advisers, contractors working under confidentiality obligations, and authorities when disclosure is legally required. We do not sell personal information. We do not allow third parties to use private project content for their independent advertising.
8. Retention
Account and active-project information is retained while your account or project is open. Enquiry, quotation, invoice, payment and delivery records may be retained for accounting, tax, dispute prevention and other legally required periods. Data that is no longer reasonably needed is deleted, anonymised or securely archived, subject to backup rotation and legal obligations.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, secure password hashing, protected session cookies, server-side payment verification and restricted administrative access. No online system can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, contact us immediately and avoid sending passwords or payment credentials by email or chat.
10. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information associated with your account, object to certain processing, or withdraw a consent where processing depends on consent. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security or contractual reasons. Send requests from the account email to admin@geturweb.in; we may verify identity before completing a request.
11. Children
GetUrWeb's business services are intended for adults and authorised business representatives. We do not knowingly invite children to create accounts or make project payments. A parent or guardian who believes a child has submitted personal information should contact us for review.
